The firm’s co-founders – Michael & Alessandra Daigneault – have more than 50 years of experience in serving clients in the areas of governance, strategic planning, leadership, and organizational development. They have successfully conducted customized engagements for hundreds of organizations and leadership teams across the U.S. and worldwide.
Michael & Alessandra are both graduates of Georgetown University and Georgetown University Law Center. Michael has also served as an adjunct faculty member in Business Ethics as well as Leadership at both Georgetown University and George Mason University at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Driven by a strong commitment to impact organizations at the highest level, we focus our work at the Board, CEO, and Senior Leadership levels.
