Michael Daigneault brings more than 40 years of training and experience as a governance advisor, strategic planning expert, operational development consultant and dynamic facilitator.  He has provided valuable guidance to boards of directors, board committees, CEOs, senior executives throughout the US and worldwide.

Michael is a nationally recognized speaker, having presented at conferences including  Board Source, The Conference Board, The American Inns of Court Foundation, The Credit Union Executives Society, The Ethics Officers Association and Independent Sector, among others.  He is an expert on topics such as governance, ethics and strategic planning for corporations, nonprofits, legal associations, credit unions, and governmental entities. He has published articles on these topics for a wide variety of trade journals and magazines, including  Association Management, BoardMember Magazine, Catalyst, CU Magazine, CU Update and Executive Update, to name a few.

Previously, Michael was Co-founder and CEO of Quantum Governance, L3C, a boutique consulting practice which provided governance and strategy consulting for hundreds of entities throughout the US.  He was a Senior Governance Consultant for BoardSource, served as President of the Ethics Resource Center, was the Founder and President of Ethics, Inc. and was the original Executive Director of the American Inns of Court Foundation.  Michael is a three-time graduate of Georgetown University, holding a B.A. from the College in Philosophy where he was the top graduate in Philosophy; a J.D. from the Law Center; and a Master’s Degree in Law from the Law Center. He was the first person to graduate from the Law Center with a Masters in Law with a concentration in Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility.
