Alessandra Daigneault is a Senior Consultant for Arete Consulting, supporting clients with her more than 38 years of experience in the business and legal sectors.
Alessandra holds a J.D from Georgetown University Law Center. She began her legal career in contracts negotiation and M&A at the Washington, DC office of one of Wall Street’s pre-eminent law firms, Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy. Alessandra was a partner at Tucker, Flyer & Lewis (now Venable LLP) where she represented various clients in corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, commercial transactions and general corporate matters.
Alessandra served as Chief Operations Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for NRx Pharmaceuticals, Inc., as well as General Counsel of Teligent, Inc., First Avenue Networks, and FiberTower Corporation, each a publicly traded company.
Alessandra also Co-Founded Quantum Governance, L3C and worked with Michael and the Quantum team on client governance and strategy engagements for more than a decade.
In addition to the two principles, the firm partners with a variety of specialized organizations to provide customized, state-of-the-art services to each client.
